In light of recent events we are pleased to inform you that it has been decided to move forward by making some very important changes in our strategy, our token and our tokenomics. We are confident that these changes will have a positive impact on the long term of the UpBots eco-system.

Why was UBXN created?

We created the UBXN in order to clean up our liquidity due to recent events that transpired and which we were exposed. This allows us to start again on a healthy and optimistic basis.

How/when will the change take place?

On November 30th, at 23:59, a snapshot will be taken on BSC and ETH. In other words, each wallet holding UBXT will be identified and the amount in it as well.

On December 1st, the link for the swap will be shared and users will have 3 months to swap UBXT to UBXN. Please note that it will be possible to swap ONLY THE NUMBER OF TOKEN DETECTED during the snapshot.

What will be the liquidity of the UBXN?

We are keeping the 1:1 ratio, starting with 500,000,000 tokens, but the tokens held by Alameda will be largely burned, reducing the total supply of the UBXN.

What will I have to do and when?

-> if you have tokens on metamask Before the snapshot : Nothing After the snapshot : swap your tokens via the link that will be given to you. -> if you have tokens on the UpBots app Before the snapshot : Nothing After the snapshot : Nothing -> if you have tokens on a staking pool Before the snapshot: absolutely remove your tokens! Otherwise they will be lost. After the snapshot : swap your tokens via the link that will be given to you. -> If you have your tokens on Kucoin Withdraw all your tokens from the exchange on a decentralized account. -> If you have tokens on FTX Unfortunately, it will not be possible to convert them. Assuming FTX will allow withdrawals, we will re-launch a swap campaign to offer FTX customers the possibility to exchange old UBXT tokens.

I have tokens on BSC or ETH, do I have to do anything special?

No, the snapshot will be on both blockchains. Be sure that the tokens are not in the staking pools.

How to swap my UBXT into UBXN?

On December 1st, a link will be shared with the community on our UpBots & Superbots interfaces.

This link will allow you to swap your UBXT on ETH and BSC.

You will only be able to swap the number of tokens present during the snapshot.
